The Housing Authority of the City of Austin (HACA) has announced that the waiting list for affordable housing will open for the Pathways at Santa Rita Courts property. The application period will begin on September 24, 2024, at 8:00 A.M. CST and will remain open until September 25, 2024, at 5:00 P.M. CST. The available units include 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments.

Applications must be submitted online. Interested individuals can apply by visiting www.hacaapply.org during the application period. After 5:00 P.M. CST on September 25, 2024, new applications will not be accepted until the next opening is announced.

HACA assures that it does not discriminate based on disability status in its programs and activities.
